Maintaining integrity in academic record-keeping, registration, grade reporting, transcript requests, courses, and commencement

The Registrar's academic record-keeping functions include: producing transcripts of a student's academic history, verifying a student's enrollment status, ensuring the collection and proper maintenance of undergraduate/graduate grades, ensuring that a student's academic record is accurate, transfer credit evaluation, degree audit, withdrawing from school, and petitioning for academic exception.

This academic record information may exist in electronic, hard-copy, or microfilm form and is maintained following guidelines of the .
